What was the importance of Singh and Kaur?

So Amrit is an internalisation of the individual and the principles of what’s within Guru Granth Sahib right? Or have I understood it wrong?

Amrit as a Metaphor Amrit Vela Amrit Peevo etc are misinterpreted and correlated with day time, ceremonial water, or as a holy water served in Gurudwara Bangla Sahib New Delhi. Its understanding and thought which makes E motion and that leads to physical action. Sikhs reaching at 3:00 am at Amritsar Sahib found themselves as a great devotee to sikh principles. Though Amrit in Gurus Bani never relates to physical parameter as Time or Holiness of Water. Gurus Bani says all times are equal and there are no sacred days and times. Also eat and drink pure, that doesn't give problems. But as a concept it is Learning which is Immortal and is Everlasting Truth since inception of life and for life to come. But the effort has been done to misinterpretation.
